• Dwelling GFA - Dwelling GFA refers to the Gross Floor Area of the dwelling. The Dwelling GFA calculation does not include deck, garage or alfresco areas.
   
• Kitchen - This means that the design incorporates a kitchen in the floorplan. Two kitchens are allowed per dwelling under the Planning and Development Act.

• Bedrooms - A bedroom as defined in the NCC Has a minimum ceiling height 2.4 m and has a window with appropriate ventilation and sufficient natural light.
   
• Bathroom - Bathroom included, with full height wall to ceiling tiles, heat fan light unit and Waterproofing to Australian Standard 3740.
