Legal Meaning

Submitted with developments being delivered in stages, such as for subdivision design proposals. These demonstrate how the full development is proposed to be developed. The plan does not contain a finer level of detail covered in other plans. It is used to understand connections and context of the proposal.

Plain English

A plan showing how the whole development is intended to be built, especially when it will be delivered in stages. It gives an overall picture of the development, including how different areas connect and fit together, without showing detailed design information.
