Legal Meaning

A report prepared by a suitably qualified person for developments where cost of works exceed $10 million. This report is used for calculating the applicable development assessment fees. A summary of costs may be requested for developments where the cost of works is under $10 million and when the cost of works submitted with the application does not match the cost of works determination
