Submitted with subdivision design applications that propose the creation of multi-unit sites, and all other residential blocks that do not meet block configuration specifications in the Subdivision Specifications. These demonstrate notional building footprints, internal driveways and car parking areas. They seek to demonstrate that dwellings can be provided with suitable orientation to the street and open space frontages, maximise solar access, and appropriate vehicular and pedestrian access.
