Legal Meaning

A parcel is land— (a) proposed (in a unit title application) to be subdivided under this Act; or (b) comprising the whole of the land subdivided under this Act (as shown in a registered units plan).

Plain English

A parcel is the whole piece of land that is being divided, or is planned to be divided, into separate units under the Unit Titles Act.
