Large block means a block with an area greater than 500m2.
A large block is a block larger than 500 square metres. This is a defined planning category and does not necessarily mean the block is large enough for a particular development. The block's dimensions, slope, easements, trees, zoning, lease and other controls still determine what can actually be built.
