A subdivision proposal that changes the common boundary between existing blocks.
A boundary adjustment changes the boundary between neighbouring blocks of land. It changes the size or shape of existing blocks but does not create a new block. It still requires planning, cadastral survey and registration checks, and both resulting blocks must remain lawful and workable.
