Finished floor level (FFL) means the level of the upper surface of the relevant floor.
Finished floor level is the final height of the upper surface of a floor after the floor structure and finishes are complete. On drawings it is often shown as an FFL or a reduced level, such as FFL 601.250, referenced to the project's survey datum. It is used to compare the floor with ground levels and to determine matters such as whether a level is a lower or upper floor.
