Screen wall means a wall at least 1.8 metres high and visually opaque.
A screen wall is a wall at least 1.8 metres high that cannot be seen through. Its purpose is usually to provide privacy or screen an area from view. A widely spaced slatted screen, open lattice or transparent material may not meet the requirement to be visually opaque, even if it is 1.8 metres high.
